The one space where no one would ask you to keep quiet! Your weirdest dream? That one embarrassing incident that still makes you cringe? We want to hear them all. Let it even be the wildest idea you’ve ever had; we’re all ears. iCafe will be the space for your self-expression, compassionate listening, and sharing of life experiences.
This week in iCafe:
PRAJAAHITA IN ASSOCIATION WITH “PAGAL HAI KYA” - AN ONLINE COMMUNITY TO BRING INDIAN YOUTH ON THEIR MENTAL HEALTH JOURNEYS, TOGETHER.
"We experience different emotions on an everyday basis, but have we ever stopped and wondered what anger feels like? Or happiness? or even hatred?
In a society where we are encouraged to project a "happy image" we often forget how to experience and manage our emotions leading us to feeling stress and anxious. We are often told not to take Stress, but hey, what does stress look like or even anxiety for each of us?
We are going to explore some of these questions in our hands-on workshop "Playing with emotions- Understanding Mental wellbeing".
We expect your valuable presence with the below mentioned materials
- Clay/ Dough/ Play Dough.
- Sticks, pencil.
- Scissor, Glue, sketch pens. (any colour)
- One plain white paper.
